DaoYin Qigong Waist Exercises

Dao YinThe waist is an extremely important part of the body in Chinese medicine; Daoyin Qigong waist exercises are soft, gentle internal Tai Chi exercises. Our vital Chi is stored in the lower belly area (tantien), which is then driven to all parts of our body, through the meridian pathways. Daily waist exercises help to refine this process.

Daoyin Qigong works powerfully to move your inner Qi throughout your entire body in a truly holistic manner.

Dao Yin works primarily to exercise and toughen your kidneys, reproductive organs and all other vital organs, improving their everyday function.

Indications

Care should be taken if you are suffering from high blood pressure as this exercise requires lowering the head. If you have a heart condition avoid this exercise.
